Arriving prepared for your appointment would include items such as your gown color and fabric samples, photos including your specific likes and dislikes, meeting notes from each of your selected vendors, (i.e. caterer, bakery, reception location, photographer), your guest count, bridal party numbers (i.e. bridal attendants, flower girls, mothers, etc.). The more information available during this inital meeting, the clearer vision we gain of the theme we are assisting to create.
